My approach to psychotherapy blends humanistic principles with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I take a pragmatic and person-centered approach, employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. My aim is to accompany clients on their personal growth journey, navigating through challenges to set goals and empower their path onward.
