It’s natural to feel uncertain about therapy—what matters is that you are here, ready to explore what healing looks like for you. I’m passionate about working with adolescents, adults, and marginalized communities navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, identity struggles, procrastination, and boundary-setting challenges. I also have a deep commitment to supporting high-functioning Black women who are balancing the weight of personal and professional expectations.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I take an integrative approach, blending mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) tomeet you where you are. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself— mind, body, and spirit— while creating personalized solutions that align with your unique needs.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you— it is about uncovering the strengths you already have and giving you the tools to use them in ways that bring peace and clarity, helping you work through life transitions, and building self-trust. In our sessions, you will be heard, valued, and supported as you embrace healing, growth, and transformation. Let’s work together to reclaim your power and create a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and fulfilling.
