No matter who you are or where life’s adventure has taken you, you deserve to be accepted, loved, and seen for who you really are. My hope is to cultivate a calm, clear, safe, and supportive space where you feel able and free to share yourself with me.
My therapeutic style integrates psychodynamic, person-centered, and Adlerian theories to help focus on a person’s present in light of their past, empowering their future. Employing techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy, I journey with the client, observing and supporting as they navigate their journey. For sessions, I offer art, craft, fidget, and grounding tools to help clients experience and express their healing.
I support adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, dissociation, including dissociative identity disorder, identity exploration, including gender and sexuality journeys, and post-traumatic growth. Collaboratively, we will build healthy boundaries with ourselves and others by practicing skills that foster a clear understanding of Self and healthy communication and self-care habits.
