Therapy can be a deeply vulnerable experience, but I also believe it can be one of the most empowering. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients feel supported, heard, and encouraged as they take the courageous step toward healing and growth. I believe therapy should feel raw and genuine; a place where real emotions can be explored openly and honestly while building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and compassion.
I am especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults, and individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions. As a counselor, I strive to advocate for my clients and provide a space where they know they have someone in their corner. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic approaches to support emotional growth, self-awareness, and resilience.
One quote that deeply resonates with me is: “People can’t always fix what you are going through, but they can help you carry the load.” I believe healing happens through connection, support, and feeling truly seen throughout the therapeutic process.
