Healing isn’t linear—and it doesn’t have to be solitary. I strive to create a space where you can feel deeply, speak freely, and begin to rewrite narratives that no longer serve you. My therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that growth comes from honoring every part of your story.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help regulate emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for life’s transitions. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and explore the patterns that shape your self-perception and worldview.
I support teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and identity shifts. Whether you’re processing loss, rebuilding self-worth, or navigating a challenging season, I’m here to walk alongside you—with honesty, empathy, and respect for your resilience.
