When our world tells us to “forget and move on”, we can get stuck in cycles of numbness that hinder our mental and emotional health. My focus is in helping those who desire to take a step toward freedom by navigating and processing hidden feelings and traumatic experiences that have crippled our ability to live and walk in the light that we deserve.
I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, and I specialize in spiritual journeys, identity development, guilt and shame, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, child & adolescent issues, disordered eating, and substance use.
I employ an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from psychodynamic, Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), the Transtheoretical Model, and expressive art therapy including sandtray to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where clients feel heard, valued, and understood; a supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives, while providing patience as clients endeavor to uncover their past.
