Life often seems chaotic, with various roles, responsibilities, relationships, thoughts, and emotions tugging you in different directions. It is important to understand that you don’t have to have it all figured out, and you certainly don’t have to go through it alone. I aim to provide a space where you can feel safe, seen, and understood. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration.
My therapeutic approach blooms from a person-centered lens, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques. I believe it is salient that a person feels accepted and validated while navigating the road to growth. Through collaboration, we will work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while identifying your strengths and developing tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I am passionate about working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions. I am also passionate about women’s issues and supporting individuals through the unique challenges that can come with different seasons of life. I strive to ensure every person feels empowered and capable of navigating the winding road of life. My hope is that through therapy, you are able to gain greater self-awareness, develop confidence in your ability to navigate challenges, and feel supported as you cultivate a sense of identity and direction that feels authentic to you.
